1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Saranity Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including logistics, freight forwarding, relocation, and pet transport services through our platforms www.saranitysolutions.com .

By using our services or accessing our websites, you agree to be bound by these terms.


2. Scope of Services

We offer the following services:

  • Domestic and International Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea, Road)
  • Customs Clearance & Documentation Support (via Licensed Partners)
  • Household and Office Relocation
  • Vehicle Transportation
  • Pet Relocation (under Moveroo)
  • Warehousing & Value-Added Logistics
     

All services are subject to availability, route feasibility, legal compliance, and agreed scope outlined in the final quotation or contract.


3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are considered confirmed only upon written acceptance and advance payment (if applicable).
  • Quotations are valid for a limited period and may vary based on currency fluctuations, fuel surcharge, or third-party fees.
  • Full payment must be made before delivery or as per agreed credit terms.
     

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate shipment/relocation details
  • Ensure goods are legal, properly packed, and not prohibited by law
  • Submit all required documentation (e.g., invoices, licenses, ID proofs, pet records) in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable local and international regulations
     

5. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service failures due to:

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest
  • Port/airport strikes or government restrictions
  • Delays caused by customs, airline/shipping line schedules, or documentation errors not in our control
  • Pandemic restrictions, war, or unforeseen global disruptions
     

6. Liability & Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the scope of service agreed and does not include consequential losses, loss of income, or emotional distress.
  • For freight services, liability is subject to international conventions (e.g., Warsaw Convention, Hague Rules, etc.).
  • For pet relocation, we follow IATA Live Animal Regulations, and while we handle pets with utmost care, delays due to airline/airport processes or health emergencies are beyond our control.
  • Insurance is optional and recommended. We are not responsible for uninsured damage or loss.
     

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to deduction of processing charges, booking fees, and any costs already incurred.
  • No refund is provided for services canceled after dispatch/pickup.
     

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Saranity Solutions Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without written permission.


9. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. All data collected is used only for service delivery and communication as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without consent.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, Punjab.
